As a consultant, I develop tailor-made solutions for companies of various industries and sizes – from corporations, for example in the FMCG industry, to medium-sized, manufacturing companies to service providers and public organizations. I work nationally or internationally in my projects – in German or English.
After completing my doctorate in neuropsychology (Dr.rer.nat) at the Ruhr University Bochum, I joined a well-known German management consultancy as a management consultant.
I took on responsibility in a large number of projects – trained managers, carried out assessment centers, development centers or management audits and advised clients on all aspects of competence, talent and change management. After subsequent experience in operational implementation as a personnel developer in a manufacturing company, I have been dedicating myself completely to my three passions since 2020:
HR consulting on all aspects of strategic personnel development, suitability diagnostics and change management.
My career has had a major impact on the way I work.
